PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES
Cape Cod is a beautiful place for ladies weekends and bachelorette parties. I offer a variety of class types and custom sessions for the occasion:

An hour of vinyasa flow yoga

A new to yoga session

A 1.5 hour yin/yang (relaxing after a good workout) class
-
A half day mini-retreat with yoga, meditation, group activities, and optional energy work.
I would love to be a part of your special weekend and put together one or more custom programs for you.
VIRTUAL YOGA & MEDITATION
I offer personalized classes from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Virtual yoga and meditation sessions are tailored for individuals (1:1) or your small group, ensuring a focused, supportive experience.
Choose from a variety of class options, including beginner yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa slow flow, strength-building/athlete yoga, sleep yoga nidra, meditation, mindfulness and more – all customized to meet your unique needs.

Our virtual sessions are conducted online, providing you with dedicated attention, and for your convenience, each session is recorded for future use. Embrace the flexibility of virtual yoga and take the first step towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

YOGA COLLABORATIONS
Are you a yoga studio owner, retreat leader or festival organizer? I host custom workshops based in yoga, meditation and energy healing with the Chakras that are a great supplement to your schedule. The 2-hour immersion includes:

Talk around what subtle energy and chakras are, where are they located, and how to use this meaning making system in life

A yoga and meditation class focusing on each chakra

Pranayama (breath) designed to open the body and mind
I am passionate about sharing this knowledge and helping participants connect inward in a safe, supportive environment.
